The distinctive light texture and rich taste is quite unlike mass produced shortbread. We make all our products by hand and use only the highest quality ingredients.

The Great Taste Awards are judged by a panel of food experts, with all products being judged purely on taste. It is done on the basis of a blind tasting, with none of the manufacturers’ identities being revealed to the judges.
